The Wellwood is your all-in-one event venue with beautiful water views and unsurpassed service, conveniently located on the North East River within an hour of Philadelphia, Baltimore, Dover, and Lancaster.
The Wellwood comfortably hosts up to 225 guests in our climate-controlled tented Pavilion, where our fully trained and uniformed staff attends to your guests throughout your private event.
We are taking COVID-19 precautions and are CDC compliant. Before and after each event the area is sprayed with an electrostatic sprayer. Current COVID-19 state guidelines allow for gatherings up to 225 in our Pavilion.
